1 Acceptance of Terms

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source net of any bonuses claimed.

Responsibility of Parents and Guardians

3 Account Registration and Management

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ab3333. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means of circumventing the one-account-per-person rule — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Registration Information

5 Bonus and Promotional Terms

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Account closure requests may take up to 48 hours to process. Once closed, an account cannot be reopened unless the closure was initiated in error — requests to reopen a voluntarily closed account are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Self-Exclusion

If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and the balance treated in accordance with the nature of the breach. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated in full with any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.

Limitation of Liability

While ab3333 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, continuity, and accuracy, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. ab3333's total liability to any member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in the member's account at the time of the incident. ab3333 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind, including lost potential winnings from a game or bet that could not be placed due to a technical issue.

Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version is the definitive and binding version. In the event of any dispute between a member and ab3333, members are encouraged to contact support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. ab3333 is committed to responding to all formal disputes within 14 calendar days with a reasoned written response. For any unresolved dispute, the member may seek further resolution through the appropriate civil channels available in their jurisdiction.
